We purchased a ticket and couldn’t find a link to watch the virtual event. You pretty much stole $10 and didn’t bother to put a link to watch the event in my email or on the screen once the tickets were purchased. I missed my granddaughter’s performance and I am very disappointed. The rating is for your website – we cannot review the program since you didn’t bother sending us a link to the virtual program.

Hi Debbie, I’m sorry, we just now caught this message! I know there’s not much we can do at this stage to remedy this. You should have received a link in your email inbox AND upon ticket purchase, but it was likely a technical issue on our website, as the live streaming option is fairly new to us. That said, we do have a video recording of this performance that we’ll send you via email. We will also refund your $10 for the virtual ticket with our sincerest apologies.
