Get in the holiday spirit with this fun family show

Expression City students have been working hard to bring you a fun Christmas show that will put you in the holiday spirit. The Wicked Witch of the West becomes the grinch of this delightful holiday play, Christmas in the Land of Oz, when she steals Christmas from Munchkinland.  It takes all your Oz favorites — Dorothy and Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man, the Lion, and the Munchkins to bring the yuletide holiday back.  In the process, the Tin Man recovers his sense of humor, the lonely Lion finds a lady companion, and Dorothy finds the spirit of Christmas to take back to Kansas for Auntie Em and Uncle Henry. The cast performs on the Expression City stage on December 15th and 16th. Seating is limited, so reserve your tickets here.

In January, students begin rehearsals for Beauty and the Beast, Jr. Lots of fun and learning is assured! The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. Classes begin Saturday, January 6, 2018. Performances May 25th and 26th. More information on this production may be found here.
