How does a young child benefit from participating in Expression City’s creative arts program?

Researchers have found a strong correlation between childhood involvement in creative arts and measurable success later in life.

The New York Center for Arts Education lists these benefits:

  • think creatively
  • observe, describe, analyze, and interpret
  • express feelings
  • problem-solving skills, critical-thinking skills, and language skills
  • collaborate with other children and adults
  • learns to go beyond just learning a skill to expressing a personal voice

At Expression City, we provide a wide variety of creative arts classes that allow you to choose those that are a good fit for your child. We value the next generation and strive to instill qualities that will help your child grow and thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally.
